Starting with € 69,90, shipping and handling is free.
For orders with a total amount of less than € 69,90, the following rates apply:
Austria:
Delivery via DPD: € 5,90
Delivery via Postal service: € 5,90
Germany:
Delivery via DPD: € 5,90
Delivery via Postal service: € 6,90
Other contries:
Delivery via DPD: different
Tracking:
If you select delivery via DPD, you will receive a tracking ID as soon as DPD picks up the package. With this ID, you can track your package and estimate when you package will be delivered to you. Please note that if you select delivery via postal service, you will not get such a tracking ID.
Delivery time:
Austria: 24* hours via DPD, 48 hours via Postal service
Germany: 48* hours via DPD, 3-4 working days via Postal service
Other countries: 3-4 working days via DPD, up to 2 weeks via Postal service
COD (only Austria and Germany):
We also send packages cash on delivery (COD). The COD top-up fee will be shown during the order process.
Important: If you want to get your package cash on delivery, please provide us with a mobile phone number so that we can verify the destination address. Thank you!
